Down Payment and Invitations: We request a $100 deposit to hold your date and begin preparations for your party. The down payment will be subtracted from your party total. 18% gratuity is not included and will be added to all party packages.

Day of party: You are able to arrive 10-15 min before the party is scheduled to begin if you would like to set up food, cake, drinks, etc.

Reservations: Parties may be scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance of your desired party date. Please note your deposit confirms and secures your party reservation. The balance is due the day of your event. Parties scheduled within 7 days of the party will be subject to a fee of $25 for last minuite preparations.

Deposit: A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your party reservation.

Cancelations and rescheduling: you need to cancel your party for any reason, we cannot refund your deposit, as we begin preperations for your party. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party.

Inclement Weather or Illness: In case of severe weather or illness of Tutu Girls  Boutik, Inc hostess, we reserve the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the services of Tutu Girls  Boutik, Inc at that time, please remember your party deposit is non refundable. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party.

RSVP Confirmation: You will need to confirm your final guest count with Tutu Girls Boutik at least 4 days prior to the party. This will be the confirmation number Tutu Girls Boutik inc. will use to plan your party, thus you will be charged accordingly.

Guest Attendance: Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP. Please remember you will be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the party, regardless of a child not showing, because we use this headcount to make preparations for your event. Parties over 8 guests will be an additional cost of $30.

Siblings of guests: Siblings may come along as long as they are supervised, as we provide many accessories that contain small parts and they may not be appropriate for children under the age of 3. Also please remember that our party package covers the birthday child and her guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party.

Liability: Tutu Girls Boutik Inc. its owners and employees assume no responsability or liability for accidents, allergies relating to food items, clothing, make up, injuries to party guests, or property damage. As professional event planners, we can assure you we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests.

Damage: We understand accidents happen however, the client may be held responsable for excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of Tutu Girls Boutik.

Other Considerations: For purpuses of maintaining the highest quality of our costumes, we kindly ask that any food and beverage that will be served to the children while in costume be approved beforehand. Beverages should be light colored or clear. We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage our costumes. Please let us know before hand what food items you would like to serve. Although we understand accidents happen , the client may be held responsable for excessive damage to Tutu Girls Boutik inc. property. There will be a $25 fee for any damage to our costumes or excessive clean up in our party room. Our party hostesses are here to run your party and insure the children have fun, but they are not babysitters. If children are acting up or running around or not behaving, we ask that you step in and handle the situation. We will also try our best to keep your party under control.
